Job Summary
Offering peer support to individuals in recovery, the full-time remote Washington Peer Recovery Coach will manage a caseload, provide support via text and video, and collaborate with clinical teams to foster lasting change.
Key responsibilities
- Provide peer support through text and video interactions, ensuring a human presence for members
- Monitor toxicology and breathalyzer tests over video while collaborating with clinical teams
- Develop and track personalized relapse prevention plans and conduct weekly check-ins to assess progress
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of continuous sobriety and willingness to share personal recovery experiences
- Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in the state of Washington
- Experience as a case manager, counselor, or in a supportive role is preferred
- Comfortable with technology, including apps and video calls
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
