Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Recovery Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient engagement and support recovery management processes
• Maintain knowledge of community resources and assist patients with appointments and care-related tasks
• Attend supervision sessions and team meetings while ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented, professional experience working in peer support
• 1+ years experience navigating adjunctive OUD treatment resources and referral processes
• Active and in good standing peer certification in state of residence
• Minimum of two years of recovery from lived experience in substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorders
• Certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) expected within 9 months of hire
