Job Summary
To support the growth of a personal injury practice, the full-time Senior Civil Litigation Attorney will manage a caseload from pre-suit through trial, focusing on motor vehicle and commercial vehicle accident cases while establishing the firm's litigation presence in Washington.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury caseload, developing litigation strategies and overseeing all phases of litigation
- Serve as the lead personal injury attorney, assisting in the establishment and growth of operations within the state
- Maintain exceptional client communication and deliver favorable outcomes through settlement or trial
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing in Ohio, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Washington, California, or New York
- Minimum 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, with extensive MVA and CVA experience
- Significant deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience, with first-chair trial experience strongly preferred
- Established relationships with medical providers and litigation support professionals are a plus
