Washington Pharmacy Benefit Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefit Analyst who will support Pharmacy and Product Configuration teams on Pharmacy Benefit Manager benefit coding and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and ensure accurate pharmacy programming and systems setup
• Conduct quality assurance and testing related to claim adjudication and plan setup
• Research complex PBM benefit coding and compliance issues, offering recommendations for custom benefit requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years equivalent experience
• 3 years PBM technical experience in benefit coding or claims adjudication
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy benefit coding (preferred)
• Experience troubleshooting production issues within claims or customer information systems (preferred)
• Medicare Part D Benefit Experience (preferred)
