Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Attorney (Part-Time Contract Basis).

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate procurement-related contracts for various goods and services
  • Advise internal stakeholders on procurement strategies and compliance with regulations
  • Assist with contract management and resolution of procurement-related disputes
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
  • At least 5 years of legal experience focused on procurement and commercial contracts
  • Familiarity with supply chain and procurement practices in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
  • Preferred availability to work onsite at the client's downtown Seattle office 1-2 times a week
