Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Attorney (Remote In-House Contract Engagement).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide strategic direction on easements, escrow agreements, licenses, substation deeds, and other real estate documents
• Handle municipal utility contracts as needed
• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance and address legal issues related to real estate transactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate law, preferably in a large law firm or corporate legal department
• Experience with easements, escrow agreements, licenses, and substation deeds
• Preferred experience with municipal utility contracts
• Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding references
