Job Summary
A company is looking for a Receivership & Creditors' Rights Attorney (Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Draft legal memoranda analyzing Washington receivership law and contempt remedies
- Research and support enforcement strategies against non-compliant account debtors
- Assist with drafting motions, pleadings, and provide strategic guidance on collections and recovery
Qualifications
- J.D. and active bar membership
- 5+ years of experience in litigation, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, or receivership matters
- Demonstrated experience with motion practice and legal research
- Familiarity with Washington receivership law and/or bankruptcy law is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
