Job Summary

A company is looking for a Receivership & Creditors' Rights Attorney (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft legal memoranda analyzing Washington receivership law and contempt remedies
  • Research and support enforcement strategies against non-compliant account debtors
  • Assist with drafting motions, pleadings, and provide strategic guidance on collections and recovery
Qualifications
  • J.D. and active bar membership
  • 5+ years of experience in litigation, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, or receivership matters
  • Demonstrated experience with motion practice and legal research
  • Familiarity with Washington receivership law and/or bankruptcy law is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
