Washington RN Call Assist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Call Assist Flex in PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage assessment and health advice to Primary Care patients using approved protocols
• Document calls in a timely manner and master new work routines and methods
• Ensure performance standards are met while delivering superior customer service

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted WA State or Compact RN license at time of hire
• For OR State RN license within 90 days of hire
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting (Med/Surg, critical care, ER, etc.)
• Ability to work a Flex schedule with availability 7 days per week for 36 hours
