Washington RN Case Manager

Job Summary

To support the Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRAMC) Services, the hybrid Washington RN Case Manager will review cases, educate patients on appropriate care, and manage healthcare costs for the dependents of active-duty military and eligible retirees, working both remotely and on-site at Bremerton Naval from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient cases and provide education on appropriate healthcare options
• Manage healthcare costs and scheduling for military appointment lines
• Coordinate in-person visits as needed while working in a hybrid environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Nursing Degree
• Active unrestricted Washington RN license or compact license
• At least 2 years of experience as a UMRN or CCM, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting
• Current certification in either Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong technical aptitude
