Job Summary

Seeking a full-time salaried Washington Senior Counsel, the position involves independently managing court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes that effectively counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys while maintaining routine communications with clients

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of Washington
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
