Washington Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Washington Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in the State of Washington
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
