Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned litigator, the full-time Washington Senior Counsel will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active bar license in the State of Washington
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
