Job Summary
To support a growing consulting practice, the full-time Director of Business Development will manage and grow a portfolio of target accounts, develop sales strategies, and oversee sales operations in a hybrid work environment based in Redmond, Washington.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of target accounts and high-priority relationships
- Research industry trends to identify prospects and execute outreach plans to engage senior leaders
- Track sales goals and maintain up-to-date records while leading multiple sales campaigns
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Proven track record of outbound prospecting and growing client relationships
- Strong communication skills and executive presence for engaging C-level stakeholders
- Experience collaborating across internal teams to drive new business
- A results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
