Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advocate (Bilingual Desired).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephonic outreach to complete Welcome Calls, member satisfaction surveys, and Health Risk Assessments (HRAs)
  • Educate members on accessing benefits and engage them in Care Management programs
  • Triage inbound calls from members and refer them to appropriate staff as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Three (3) years in administrative, customer service, or patient services coordination in a healthcare setting required
  • One (1) year as a Medical Assistant or related field preferred
  • Certification through an accredited medical assistant program or related certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records preferred
  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred
