Job Summary

To support relocation and outplacement solutions, a part-time Career Coach/Job Search Strategist based in Seattle, WA will provide one-on-one coaching to employees transitioning in or out of companies, utilizing IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology in a remote capacity with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes rapport with clients and motivates them to achieve career goals
• Guides clients through the coaching process, advising on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Maintains electronic records of service delivery and monitors client progress throughout the coaching journey

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching across various industries
• Resides in the Seattle, WA vicinity with knowledge of local job markets
• Experience with virtual coaching methodologies
• Familiarity with navigating VISA challenges and career continuation scenarios is a plus
• Proficient with technology and AI tools, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work
