Key Responsibilities

• Lead core finance functions including FP&A, accounting, cash management, and board reporting
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on financial performance and strategic planning
• Enhance SaaS performance metrics and drive visibility into customer profitability and revenue quality

Required Qualifications

• Proven finance leadership experience in a SaaS or software-enabled business
• Experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance leader
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling
• Strong commercial instincts related to enterprise contracts and pricing models
• Ability to balance strategic conversations with detailed financial analysis
