Washington State Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating provider network regulatory deliverables and compliance activities, the full-time remote Washington State Compliance Analyst will manage reporting processes, ensure timely submissions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily troubleshooting and coordinate responses to agency inquiries and requests
• Develop project status reports and business requirements for internal stakeholders
• Analyze demographic and utilization data to support regulatory filings and identify opportunities for network expansion

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of three years' experience working with healthcare professionals
• Minimum of three years' experience in managed care
• Minimum of two years' experience managing complex data and reconciling data output
• Knowledge of CMS, HCA, and OIC Washington State managed care network regulatory requirements
