Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on compliance performance and emerging risks to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
• Oversee daily compliance operations, ensuring adherence to compliance programs and mitigating fraud and risk
• Lead compliance audits and serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies, while preparing reports for the Board and senior leaders

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal fields, with 5 years in compliance program management
• Minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership role
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks and industry standards
• Strong analytical skills and experience in developing compliance programs
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and manage complex projects
