Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims with accuracy and courtesy
  • Document inquiries and complaints in a computer database promptly and clearly
  • Meet attendance and call quality standards while performing job functions accurately
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of customer service and/or call center experience, preferably in insurance or managed care
  • Knowledgeable of Washington Apple Health state medical insurance and medical terminology
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Ability to gather and assess information from multiple systems
  • Must pass a criminal background check and meet vaccination requirements
