Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims with accuracy and courtesy
- Document inquiries and complaints in a computer database promptly and clearly
- Meet attendance and call quality standards while performing job functions accurately
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of customer service and/or call center experience, preferably in insurance or managed care
- Knowledgeable of Washington Apple Health state medical insurance and medical terminology
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Ability to gather and assess information from multiple systems
- Must pass a criminal background check and meet vaccination requirements
