Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep I.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims accurately and courteously
- Document inquiries and complaints in a computer database in a clear and timely manner
- Meet attendance and call quality standards while performing all job functions accurately
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service and/or call center experience, preferably in insurance or managed care
- Knowledge of Washington Apple Health state medical insurance and medical terminology
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment
- Must pass a criminal background check and meet vaccination requirements
- Ability to use MS Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
