Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims accurately and courteously
  • Document inquiries and complaints in a computer database in a clear and timely manner
  • Meet attendance and call quality standards while performing all job functions accurately
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service and/or call center experience, preferably in insurance or managed care
  • Knowledge of Washington Apple Health state medical insurance and medical terminology
  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment
  • Must pass a criminal background check and meet vaccination requirements
  • Ability to use MS Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
