Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Dining Services II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department
  • Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget and ensure compliance with food safety standards
Required Qualifications:
  • B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field, or A.A. Degree plus four years of related experience preferred
  • Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, including sanitation and food cost controls
  • Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience is desirable
  • ServSafe Certified
