Washington State EHR Consultant
Job Summary
To assist with a Qualifacts implementation at a supportive housing organization, the full-time hourly Qualifacts Credible Implementation and Configuration Consultant will design and build Credible forms, configure data dictionaries, and support Medicaid billing processes while working fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build Credible forms for housing case management workflows
- Configure and manage the data dictionary to support housing-appropriate terminology
- Support the client during go-live and provide post-launch stabilization for approximately 90 days
Required qualifications
- Deep hands-on experience implementing and configuring Qualifacts Credible in production environments
- Proven ability to work within Credible's platform constraints and creatively deliver client requirements
- Behavioral health or human services EHR implementation background
- Medicaid billing configuration experience, including EDI/837 submission and 835 remittance processing
- Strong workflow design and requirements-translation skills
