Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Services Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and review standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff
  • Plan work schedules and staffing to ensure adequate services
  • Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff while conducting regular inspections
Required Qualifications:
  • Four-year college degree, military experience, or equivalent work experience required
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or a service-related field
  • Demonstrated growth in health care housekeeping or facility maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work a 10-hour day with weekend and holiday rotation
  • Thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
