Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Services Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and review standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising all housekeeping staff

Required Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree, military experience, or equivalent work experience required
• At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field required
• Demonstrated progressive growth in healthcare housekeeping or facility maintenance preferred
• Ability to work a 10-hour day with a weekend and holiday rotation
• Possess thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
