Job Summary
A company is looking for an Environmental Services Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and review standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff
- Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising all housekeeping staff
Required Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree, military experience, or equivalent work experience required
- At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field required
- Demonstrated progressive growth in healthcare housekeeping or facility maintenance preferred
- Ability to work a 10-hour day with a weekend and holiday rotation
- Possess thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
