Job Summary
To support various client engagements, the full-time Executive Business Administrator (Consultant) will manage executive calendars, coordinate travel logistics, and assist with project management in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage executive calendars and prioritize scheduling based on business needs
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
- Assist with administrative operations, including expense report processing and team support activities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in administrative or business support roles for executive-level management
- Proficiency in Microsoft productivity software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effective teamwork and relationship building
