Washington State Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly accounting close, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while managing cash flow and inventory
• Coordinate and present P&L forecasts and annual budgets, partnering with cross-functional teams to address variances
• Act as a financial advisor to leadership, analyzing results and driving continuous improvement in profitability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on accounting and financial managerial experience, preferably in Foodservice, Hotel, or Hospitality industries
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business/economics; CPA or MBA preferred
• Solid technical foundation in accounting principles
• Ability to motivate teams and form strong relationships across the organization
• Proactive individual with a desire for continuous learning and process improvement
