Washington State Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with ERC leaders and cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Washington State Financial Analyst will focus on managing regulatory compliance and operational improvements within the Revenue Cycle, including overseeing projects related to financial assistance and price transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key healthcare initiatives and ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of regulatory materials and documentation
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage ERC contract calendars and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in Revenue Cycle positions as an analyst or lead
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory policies and vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Project
• Equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirement
