Job Summary
To support a growing multi-site retina practice, the full-time salaried Washington State HR Manager will serve as a strategic HR partner, managing employee relations, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and facilitating the integration of HR processes during the Cencora acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement workforce plans aligned with business objectives
- Act as the primary HR liaison between the practice and corporate HR teams, coordinating centralized HR programs
- Manage complex associate relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare settings
- Experience supporting multi-site organizations
- Deep knowledge of Washington State and federal employment laws
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, UKG, Workday, or similar)
