Job Summary

To drive revenue and manage full-cycle recruiting, the full-time Senior 360 Consultant - IT Perm Team will generate new business, sell recruiting solutions, and maintain candidate pipelines while working remotely from Washington State or the Portland, OR area.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate new business within the IT niche through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
• Sell recruiting solutions directly to hiring managers and act as a market subject matter expert
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance and meet or exceed KPIs

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of 360/full-desk IT recruiting experience
• Proven success within a specific IT niche (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP)
• Strong sales, sourcing, and closing skills
• Competitive, self-directed, and metrics-driven
