Washington State Learning Partner

Job Summary

Serving as the primary liaison for Playlab in Washington, the full-time Learning Partner will build relationships with schools and districts, facilitate professional learning on AI integration, and support strategic AI adoption across the state.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with partner schools, districts, Gonzaga, and Educational Service Districts (ESDs)
• Recruit and support a diverse cohort of school and district partners, overseeing the application and selection process
• Design and deliver professional learning sessions that enhance educator capacity in AI literacy and app-building

Required qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Washington's education landscape with established relationships across schools and districts
• Experience in school leadership and teaching
• Background in K-12 education in Washington, with a focus on equity and innovation
• Proven skills in facilitating engaging and inclusive adult learning
• Experience coaching educators or supporting school teams in implementing new instructional tools
