Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Director, AI Privacy & Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Privacy Product and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with privacy principles
• Develop and implement AI launch privacy accountability processes and maintain AI risk assessment procedures
• Stay updated on trends in AI, privacy, and data governance while promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 7+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in data privacy or protection
• Experience in operationalizing AI safety, risk, or governance programs
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML systems and their associated risks
• Proven program management skills with the ability to manage multiple AI initiatives concurrently
