Job Summary
Providing clinical and administrative leadership, the full-time Washington State Licensed Case Management Supervisor will oversee care management teams, ensuring effective delivery of services to members with diverse health needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritizes daily workflows and monitors team performance to meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals
- Facilitates collaboration among internal partners to enhance care coordination for members
- Conducts onboarding and ongoing training for staff, ensuring competency and adherence to program expectations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years clinical experience in an acute care or public health setting
- Three years of case management experience in an ACO, MCO, or BHO, along with supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a master's degree in social work or a related field
- Current, unrestricted RN or LICSW license in the State of Washington
- Ability to obtain a Case Management Certification within the first two years of employment
