Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager to provide support services to low-income families experiencing financial and housing instability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a moderate size case load of around 15-20 families
  • Interview families to determine their needs and develop case management plans
  • Coordinate services with community agencies and provide regular case management support
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in social services or a community-based organization; housing case management preferred
  • Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto liability insurance
  • Knowledge of subsidized housing resources and housing systems addressing family homelessness preferred
  • Computer skills required (Word, Excel, Office 365, Teams, Zoom)
  • Introductory knowledge of human services client assessment methods and principles
