Job Summary
Providing essential support to low-income families, the full-time Washington State Licensed Case Manager will manage a caseload of 15-20 families, conducting assessments, developing case plans, and coordinating services in a hybrid work environment after an initial in-person training period.
Key responsibilities
- Interview families to assess needs and develop tailored case management plans
- Coordinate services and referrals with community agencies to support client goals
- Maintain case records and provide ongoing support through regular meetings with clients
Required qualifications
- Two years of experience in social services or community-based organizations, preferably in housing case management
- Knowledge of subsidized housing resources and systems addressing family homelessness
- Reliable personal transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto liability insurance
- Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Office 365
- Experience working with diverse communities, including low-income families, immigrants, and veterans
