Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Policy Coding Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to evaluate medical policy effectiveness and support business decisions
• Support medical policy development by identifying and updating procedure and diagnosis codes
• Provide subject matter expertise to ensure collaboration across departments on coding decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience
• Current Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification
• Four years of experience in clinical coding, with two years in a health plan or healthcare setting
• Previous payer or health plan experience
• Claims processing systems and product configuration experience preferred
