Washington State Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with Clinical Services leadership, the full-time Washington State Licensed Clinical Program Manager will design, lead, and enhance care management programs and processes remotely, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement through data insights and collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior Care Management leadership to drive process improvement initiatives
• Oversee departmental projects, including project planning, execution, and completion
• Conduct regular internal audits of clinical staff performance to ensure adherence to standards and provide feedback on performance gaps

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in program management administration within a healthcare setting
• At least three years of experience in care management operations and one year of mentoring or training experience
• Current, unrestricted licensure in Washington State as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and care management workflows
