Job Summary

A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Services Clinician (Overnight) to provide clinical support during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical oversight and support to Crisis Specialists during overnight shifts
• Support staff with suicide risk assessment, de-escalation, and crisis intervention
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with 988 program standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Mental Health Professional (MHP) status as defined by Washington State
• Active Washington State credential or license (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Minimum of two years of crisis intervention experience
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced overnight environment
