Job Summary

Supervising a team of professional fee coders and charge entry staff, the full-time Washington State Licensed Coding Supervisor will manage daily operations, oversee staff training and performance, and ensure timely submission of Professional Fee charges in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of professional fee coders and charge entry staff
• Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of Professional Fee charges

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Health Information Management & Systems or a closely related field
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in the Health Information Management field
• Certified Coding Associate (CCS-P) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential
