Job Summary

Leading a team of Community Managers, the full-time Regional Community Manager will oversee operations in the greater Bellevue, Washington metropolitan area, focusing on performance management, financial outcomes, and adherence to policies while conducting site visits and collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise Community Managers and site teams to drive accountability and performance
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including occupancy and financial outcomes, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to support operational standards and identify improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in affordable housing operations with supervisory responsibilities
  • In-depth knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations, including LIHTC and HUD
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site teams and improve staff performance
  • Strong understanding of property management operations and financial management principles
