Washington State Licensed Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide counseling and therapy treatment remotely to patients throughout Washington State.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care using evidence-based practices in individual and group therapy settings
• Review and document patient clinical assessments, treatment plans, and ensure compliance with best practices
• Conduct crisis interventions and participate in case planning with a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications:

• Active or willingness to obtain a Washington State License as a Licensed Professional Counselor
• Experience in various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma therapy
• Ability to document services and maintain clinic records in compliance with legal standards
• Experience in case management and promoting recovery and community reintegration
• Participation in ongoing education and supervision to maintain and improve competency
