Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Specialist of 988 Swing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, risk assessment, and crisis intervention to individuals contacting the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
• Document all crisis contacts accurately and adhere to confidentiality policies
• Assist in resource navigation and referrals for higher-level interventions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a GED/High School diploma with four years of full-time behavioral health work experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or contact center preferred
• Knowledge of the King County Public Mental Health System
• Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required within 6 months of hire
• Proficiency in using technology and multiple software platforms concurrently
