Job Summary

Leading a remote crisis diversion team, the full-time Washington State Licensed Crisis Supervisor will oversee operations, provide clinical supervision, and ensure high-quality service delivery while collaborating with 911 Public Safety Answering Points and community partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team of Crisis Diversion Clinicians and Specialists
  • Provide clinical supervision for crisis intervention, risk assessment, and care coordination
  • Monitor service quality and support continuous improvement through data review and quality assurance activities
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Washington State credential or license as a Mental Health Professional (MHP)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals in crisis
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment utilizing multiple technology platforms
