Job Summary
A company is looking for a Forensics Program Manager to coordinate and manage forensic nursing education and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates educational activities related to forensic nursing
- Functions as a role model of victim-centered care and professionalism, ensuring nurses are prepared for forensic nursing care
- Prepares and manages the forensics budget and grants in collaboration with relevant departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required
- Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
- Master's degree in nursing (MSN) required or must be completed within two years of hire
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner - Adult/Adolescent (SANE-A) or Pediatrics (SANE-P) required
- Emergency department experience preferred
