Job Summary
To support the development of a new therapy program, the full-time salaried Washington State Licensed Lead Therapist will provide telehealth therapy for patients with eating disorders, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and lead the establishment of clinical protocols and training for future therapists.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual telehealth therapy to patients with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions, while conducting risk assessments and tracking progress
- Collaborate with Registered Dietitians and medical providers on coordinated treatment planning and case reviews
- Onboard, train, and mentor new therapists, while owning clinical quality and shaping therapy protocols as the service line expands
Required qualifications
- Active, independent Washington State license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Trained and experienced in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and CBT/CBT-E for eating disorders
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience with eating disorder populations
- Leadership instincts with a desire to build and mentor within a clinical team
- Experience administering and interpreting validated outcome measures
