Job Summary
To support a well-established civil litigation and business/transactional law firm, the full-time remote Washington State Licensed Litigation Attorney will handle complex civil, construction defect, and business litigation matters while conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex civil, construction defect, and business litigation matters
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in construction defect and/or business litigation preferred
- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing required
