Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support its remote operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze borrower documentation for underwriting
• Assemble and verify complete loan packages and documentation
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in residential mortgage processing
• Preferred experience with Encompass origination
• Knowledge of RESPA and mortgage lending regulations
• Proficient in Desktop Underwriter (DU), Loan Product Advisor (LP), and Microsoft Office
