Washington State Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

To support the Seattle, WA office, the full-time remote Washington State Licensed Loan Processor will manage the loan processing workflow, ensuring compliance with regulations while obtaining necessary documentation for underwriting and providing quality customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform thorough reviews of borrower documentation, including credit, employment, income, and assets, prior to underwriting submission
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with loan originators, customers, and underwriters to gather necessary information and resolve any issues

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass software
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with DU and LP systems
