Job Summary
Supporting multiple attorneys in a full-time capacity, the Washington State Licensed Paralegal will manage a high-volume caseload, draft legal documents, and assist in all phases of litigation while ensuring compliance with court procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery motions
- Organize and process incoming records and invoices while following up on outstanding records
- Conduct case law research and assist attorneys in preparing for mediation and trial
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a practice group paralegal
- Familiarity with state courts and e-filing procedures
- Experience in drafting legal documents and managing billing processes
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word
- Proficiency in Lexis Advance for legal research
