Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Call Us First - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage assessment and health advice to Primary Care patients using approved protocols
• Document calls and inquiries in a timely manner according to department standards
• Ensure performance standards are met while delivering superior customer service

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting (Med/Surg, critical care, ER, etc.)
• Experience in disease management, home health, discharge planning, utilization review, and patient education
• Experience in telephonic nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Case Management experience
