Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Call Assist to provide telephone triage assessments to Primary Care patients remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide health advice and referrals to consumers via telephone using clinical expertise and approved protocols
• Document calls and inquiries in a timely manner according to department standards
• Ensure performance standards are met while delivering superior customer service

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted WA State or Compact RN license
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting (Med/Surg, critical care, ER, etc.)
• Experience in disease management, home health, discharge planning, or telephonic nursing
• Ability to work a PST work schedule
